Hello, I'm Valérie

I'm a bilingual (French & English) Registered Psychologist, Certified EMDR Therapist and a Somatic Experiencing student (intermediate level). I have a private practice in Saskatoon, SK, where I provide both in-person and virtual therapy services to residents (18+ years) of Saskatoon, and across Saskatchewan.

 

Life has a way of presenting us with unexpected challenges, painful transitions, and moments that can feel impossible to navigate alone. When you're carrying a heavy burden, it can be hard to see a way forward. You don't have to do this by yourself. With a compassionate, client-centered approach grounded in respect and collaboration, I'm here to support you through whatever you're facing.

In our work together, you'll have the opportunity to reconnect with yourself, perhaps in ways you haven't in a long time. We'll explore new perspectives, develop coping strategies that actually fit your life, and help you rediscover the strength and resilience that may feel out of reach right now. My hope is that you'll leave our sessions feeling more grounded, more capable, and more confident in your ability to move forward with greater calm and clarity.

Perinatal Mental Health

The perinatal period—from preconception to the first year postpartum—can be emotionally complex. I provide specialized therapy for individuals and couples facing fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, postpartum depression and anxiety, and other transitions. Sessions are tailored to your needs, offering a safe, compassionate space for healing. 

Well-Being and Mental Health

Life’s challenges can leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in old patterns. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, major life transitions, or relationship struggles, therapy provides a safe, supportive space to explore your emotions and build resilience. I offer personalized support to help you regulate emotions, set boundaries, improve relationships, and gain confidence in your path forward.
